Who Built This?
I'm Anthony Robinson. For 30 years, I've worked in events and entertainment across the globe—organising and promoting some of the world's biggest concerts and festivals. From Manchester to Melbourne, Porto to Paris, I've eaten in thousands of restaurants and bars, from Michelin-starred to hole-in-the-wall.
That career taught me one thing above all: the difference between hype and substance. The venues that pack out on opening night aren't always the ones still thriving two years later. The places with the biggest PR budgets aren't always the ones where locals actually eat.
When I moved into hospitality technology with booteek.ai, I gained access to something powerful: the data behind great venues. Not just star ratings, but how venues respond to their customers. That's where the truth lives.
